Terms of Service

Pronto — a product of TWAPPS Inc. · Charlotte, North Carolina

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These are the terms you agree to when you use gopronto.app or buy a Pronto plan. They are the “Terms of Service” referred to at checkout and in the fine print under every plan. In them, “Pronto”, “we” and “us” mean TWAPPS Inc.

1. Who we are

Pronto (also called ProntoVoice) is a product of TWAPPS Inc., based in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States. The commercial suite is TWAPPS AI Suite. Card charges appear on your statement as TWAPPS AI SUITE LLC, descriptor PRONTO. You can reach a person at prontovoice@proton.me.

2. What Pronto is — and what is still being built

Pronto sells an AI receptionist and the software around it to home-service contractors: voice, chat, CRM and dispatch, calendar, reviews and automations. Those plans are operational and on sale today.

We are equally clear about the part that is newer. On the homeowner side, the Charlotte network of Pronto Members — the businesses that actually run their reception with Pronto — is still being built, and the site says so on the page itself. Our directory lists thousands of local businesses compiled from public sources; a listing is not an endorsement by us, and it does not mean that business is a Pronto Member. If nobody in your trade and area has joined yet, we will tell you that rather than route you to someone unsuitable.

3. Your account

An account is tied to an email address you verify. Keep control of that address and of any device you enable for sign-in, and do not share your access with people you do not want acting on your account. Write to us if you believe someone else has got in.

4. Plans, prices and renewal

5. Voice minutes, and what is billed on top of the plan

Voice minutes are included in every paid plan, and only what you use beyond the included allowance is billed: Answer includes 300 minutes a month, then $0.15 per minute; Pipeline includes 1,000 minutes, then $0.12 per minute; Engine includes 2,500 minutes, then $0.10 per minute. Pronto Presence includes no voice minutes and no voice reception — its call button rings your own phone.

Other usage that we pay a carrier or a compute provider for is billed separately, and only when used: SMS and messaging by usage, bulk email at $0.675 per thousand sends, premium automation nodes at $0.01 per run (the first 100 runs per account are free), conversational AI at $0.04 per message, and the generative features of Reviews and Content by use.

Everything else in a paid plan carries no variable cost at any tier: the dashboard and reports, scheduling and calendar sync, and workflows built on the six standard triggers, no matter the volume.

6. The 30-day guarantee

Answer, Pipeline and Engine come with a 30-day guarantee. If in your first 30 days you have not captured at least one job you would otherwise have missed, we refund every penny, no questions asked.

Two limits, stated plainly: it does not apply to Pronto Presence, which is a $1 one-time payment; and there is no free trial period before payment — you pay, and the guarantee is what protects you for 30 days. No other guarantee, discount or trial length exists.

7. Payment

Payment is taken on the payment provider’s own page — Stripe, PayPal and the major cards, all PCI-DSS certified providers. Card numbers are never entered on gopronto.app, and nobody at Pronto — no person and no AI agent — will ever ask you for card details, even if you offer them. Our order sheet collects a billing address only, and says so on screen.

8. Demos

Requesting a demo asks us to send you one. The demo arrives by email, runs for 30 minutes and allows three attempts. No card is required. A demo request creates no contract, no subscription and no obligation on either side, and we may decline or reschedule.

9. Calls, texts and AI voice

If you consent, we may contact you by phone and text at the number you provide, including with automated, pre-recorded, or AI-generated voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy.

Three commitments we hold ourselves to:

10. If you use Pronto to contact your own customers

When Pronto answers your phone and messages your customers, the consent for those contacts is yours to hold. You are responsible for having it, for your own licensing and insurance obligations, and for what you send.

Two things the platform will not do for you, by design: it will not help you get around a consent requirement, and it will not build a workflow that asks for payment inside the five business days after an insurance claim denial — a window that North Carolina S.L. 2024-11 (in force since October 1, 2024) makes a Class 1 misdemeanour to work or bill in. That the request was sent by a machine is no defence, which is why the workflow engine refuses to build that branch and shows you the law instead.

11. The directory

Directory listings are compiled from public sources and are provided for information. We do not guarantee that any listing is complete or current, and we do not confirm that any business is licensed, bonded or insured. A business can claim its own listing. If a listing about your business is wrong, write to us and we will look at it.

12. What you see on this site

Figures, sample conversations, voices and screens shown on the site are illustrative. They are built to show how the product behaves, not to promise a specific business result. Actual outcomes depend on your market, your pricing, and how you use the product.

13. What our AI agents do not do

They do not give legal, tax, insurance or licensing advice. They do not confirm that a contractor is licensed, bonded or insured. They do not negotiate commercial terms, and they do not resolve account or billing matters — those go to a person, who will contact you.

14. Using the site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use it for anything unlawful.

15. Intellectual property

The Pronto and TWAPPS names, the site design, and its content belong to TWAPPS Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission. What you put into the platform — your contacts, your recordings, your content — remains yours.

16. Availability, warranties and liability

We work to keep the service running and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Except for the 30-day guarantee in section 6, the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TWAPPS Inc. is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the service.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.

18. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
