001 Pronto Insights · Live Analytics

Every call, lead, booking and revenue opportunity in one dashboard that updates itself. Built by people who would rather show you a dash than a figure they never measured — there are two of them live on the ProntoVoice page right now.

002 The instrument

Simulated data on a real layout. Everything you see is computed from fields the system already writes — except two tiles, which show a dash because nobody has measured them yet. Hover one.

Live dashboard · simulated data

One data series in orange, the comparison in grey. No green for good, no red for bad — the change is marked with an arrow and a sign.

Every figure on this panel comes from a field the platform already writes. Where there is no measurement there is a dash. Hover a blank tile

003 The rule

The research behind this whole platform marks its own data three ways: verified, secondary, or not verified at all. These are real lines from those documents. Filter them.

004 How it reads

The same month, the same data, reported two ways. One is a usage panel. The other is a decision. A contractor does not buy calls — they buy jobs.

Your weekly report

The 80% email

When a contractor reaches 80% of their voice minutes, the email does not say “you are running low”. It says how many calls Pronto answered for them this month. Same trigger, opposite feeling.

Pronto has answered 47 calls for you this month.

And nine months later

A dashboard that keeps the history is what makes this sentence possible long after the trial ended. Nothing else in the stack can say it, because nothing else remembers.

In your April trial, Pronto answered 12 calls you were about to lose. It's July. Shall we turn it back on?

> 70%

Activation rate — the share of accounts that actually forwarded their number. It is the metric: it explains 60 to 75% of whether a trial converts at all. Activated trials convert 35–65%; the ones that never activated, 2–8%.

Do not measure sign-ups. Sign-ups without a card are vanity.

The economics

Every dollar above is spent acquiring a call. None of it is spent answering one.
Which is why the panel measures what happened after the phone rang, not before

005 Three formats

Insights computes and shows. Automations does the sending. That split matters: the weekly email and the morning text are deliveries, and the numbers inside them are this page.

Always on

The live panel

Every call, lead, appointment and revenue opportunity, every day. It ships configured inside the snapshot for your trade — the contractor never sets it up.

006 Where the numbers come from

Every metric on the panel is a field the other six tools already write while they work. That is the whole reason the dashboard costs nothing to run.

Attribution has a limit worth saying out loud: a call placed straight to the forwarded number carries no campaign tag. Web forms do. We show the split rather than pretending the whole month came from one source.

007 The reference

So every benchmark on this page carries its source and its year — including the two famous ones that everybody quotes and almost nobody dates.

Return on ad spend by trade, from SearchLight Digital, February 2026: $6.72M of spend across 888 contractors and 126,650 leads. Every dollar above is spent acquiring a call. None of it is spent answering one.

1,233,383 residents · +10.6% · 157 net arrivals a day · a panel that shows an average and hides the median is not reporting, it is decorating

008 What it will not show

An analytics panel lives on one thing: that the number is true. This is the list of numbers we could print, that would look good, and that we do not print.

The coverage rule is the sharpest of them. A ZIP code counts as covered when three or more professionals can actually be reached within 25 miles — not one. With one, “we alert everyone and the first to accept takes it” is a promise that breaks the moment that single pro does not pick up. There are two tests that keep the assistant from overstating it.

The discipline

We would rather show a dash than a number we did not measure.
49 ms measured · 256 KB compressed · 75 ms to first audio · < 3% false positives after two audits of 200 records

009 Plans

With zero variable cost, and we can say that without a footnote. What changes higher up the range is what the panel gets to measure: rescued jobs on Answer, ROI in recovered money on Pipeline, five locations side by side on Engine.

Setup is $0. The dashboard and the reports have no per-use cost. Voice minutes come inside the plan — 300 with Answer, 1,000 with Pipeline, 2,500 with Engine — and anything beyond runs $0.15, $0.12 and $0.10 a minute. Sending the report by email costs $0.675 per thousand, which for a hundred contractors is under seventy cents a month — real, and small enough that we would rather tell you than round it away. Pay yearly on a monthly plan and two months are included; Pronto Presence is $1 once, includes no voice minutes, and never renews. Pronto never takes a commission on your jobs.

010 Questions

011 Pronto Insights · Live Analytics

Tell us which figure your current tool shows you that you do not fully believe. We will show you where ours comes from — or the dash where it does not exist yet.

Straight with you The panel and the reports ship inside the snapshot and run at zero variable cost. The call, pipeline and calendar metrics come from fields that already write themselves. What we have not measured yet, we mark with a dash — and you can already see two of them on the ProntoVoice page. Availability is cached for up to sixty seconds and the reports are periodic, so ‘real time’ means minutes, not milliseconds. We would rather say that now than have you find it later.
